It’s Haskell Day at Monmouth, although the weather is iffy, it looks like an incredible day of racing! Fast and good right now and here’s hoping the track stays dry.

In race 12, The Oceanport, a Grade 3 on the turf, Get Serious(#1) will try and wire the field from his inside post.  I’ll key him in exactas with Kiss The Kid (#5) and Pleasant Strike (#3) and use all in doubles and pick 3’s.

In race 9, The Teddy Drone, He’s So Chic (#1A) loves this track and distance and should get a perfect trip.  I’ll play in exactas with Man of Danger(#9) and Fleet Valid(#5) as well as key in doubles and pick 3’s.  Here’s the card and good luck Rachel!

Fast and good for a beautiful day at Monmouth with very competitive races.  In race 5, a 6 furlong Jersey Bred claimer, Charley’s Diamond (#8) is the clear speed from his outside post.  I’m keying him in doubles and pick 3’s and playing an exacta box with Jay’s Wish(#2), hoping for a two-speed number.  Here’s the entire card and good luck!

Finally had some winners on top, although came a half length short of hitting my pick 3.  Did scratch into one when Merriwether Jessica was scratched in race 8.  Had a flat bet profit of $13.40.

Listed 4 at Belmont but only had one winner on top (my single in race 10), but failed to hit my pick 4. Had an $39 exacta key in race 2, a $78 exacta box and $180 triple box in race 6 and listed the winner in race 7 for an $80 double.  Better list some more winners on top as Saratoga!

Fast and firm at today at Monmouth on a beautiful day so why not play for a beautiful payoff.  In the 6th, 7th and 8th races, you may be able to single a horse in each race and all of them may not be favorites.  In race 6, George Weaver sends out Find The Wire (#4), who moves inside in this turf route and may get a good pace to set up his late run.  I’m keying in pick 3’s with Township Cat (#3) in race 7 and Merriweather Jessica (#2) in race 8.
