Fast and firm again at The Spa — it’s going to be an exciting last 5 days at the meet!  Only had 1 winner on top yesterday and my best bets have been horrible the last few days — I’m due for a few breakout days so let’s see how it goes!

In race 8, The With Anticipation, Powhatan County (#2) has raced very well around two turns on turf — something that many of his competitors have little experience doing.  I’m keying in all doubles and pick 3’s and playing an exacta box with #’s 10 and 4.

In race 3, The Saratoga Dew, Banker’s Buy (#3) should be fresh and can benefit by a decent pace at 1 1/8 miles on the main track — I’m keying in all doubles and pick 3’s and playing an exacta box with Don’t Forget Gil (#1).  Here’s the entire card and good luck!

Fast and firm for the Thursday card at Saratoga — a very tough one to handicap since there are several baby races and horses trying the turf for the first time so play accordingly.  Had 3 winners on top in yesterday’s card with a small flat bet profit so let’s see what happens today!

In race 8, Lovely Promise (#1) comes from a solid layoff barn, been working well and has a local win with Maragh who is named today — I’m keying in all doubles and pick 3’s and playing an exacta box with #’s 3 and 7.

In race 4, The first Division of The Riskaverse, House of Grace (#3) comes out of a Grade 2 and may get a little more speed to set up late run — I’m keying in all doubles and pick 3’s and playing an exacta box with #’s 5 and 9.  Here’s the entire card except for the jump race (race 1) and good luck!

In race 9, Sumfun (#6) gets back on turf where he has figures that can beat these, has been claimed by a clever barn and has worked well for this — could be a good price in best race all day.  I’m keying in all doubles, pick 3’s and using in the pick 6, plus playing an exacta box with #’s 2 and 3.

In race 5, Naughty You (#3) can sit a good stalking trip in a race without much speed — I’m keying in all doubles, the pick 3 and pick 6 and playing an exacta box with #1. Here’s the entire card and good luck!

Fast and firm at The Spa — it’s the last week of the meet and after Sunday’s card I think I’m beginning to wear down a bit. I didn’t have one winner on top (0 – 11) but my best bet did run second at 16-1 and I did hit a couple of decent exacta boxes.  I guess that means I’m ready to handicap today.

In race 6, Avenging Spirit (#2) is working bullets for first start at the meet and is cutting back to a sprint which should be perfect — I’m keying in all doubles and pick 3’s and playing an exacta box with Sunrise Smarty (#7).
