“Tom’s D’Winner” At Breeder’s Cup (11/7/20)

Nov 7th, 2020 | By | Category: Breeders Cup, Keeneland, Today's Picks

Fast and good for Day 2 of the Breeder’s Cup at Keeneland –have good news and bad news about yesterday!  The bad news is that I didn’t pick 1 winner on top and best bets ran poorly!  The good news is that I saved almost my entire bankroll for today and if you can bet around a pronounced speed bias on the dirt, you can make some money!

In race 12, The Grade 1 BC Classic, Tom’s D’Etat (#4) hasn’t run he stumbled badly at the start of the Whitney, but Al Stall won this race with Blame 11 years ago and there is so much speed signed on that I have confidence in a rail skimming ride by Rosario to run these down late and 4-1 or so would be a gift!  Key in all late multi=race wagers and play an exacta box with #’s 8 and 3.

In race 7, The Grade 1  BC Filly & Mare Turf, Sister Charlie (#2) has been victimized in two return races by slow paces and now gets a little more speed in here and some give in the ground to turn the tables on stable mate here at a decent price — key in all double and pick 3′s and play an exacta box with #’s 6 and 11.

In race 6, The Grade 1 BC Dirt Mile, War of Will (#4) has faced some good ones during career and Casse dodges the turf mile to return him to dirt against a more modest group and should stay close enough to wear these down late — key in all doubles and pick 3′s and play an exacta box with #’s 2 and 12.  Here’s the entire card and good luck!

Race 2: 10 with 12 and 1
