Headed To “Boston” At Belmont (4/29/18)

Apr 29th, 2018 | By | Category: Belmont, Today's Picks

Muddy and good for the Sunday card — listed the early pick 5 and pick 4 yesterday, but the later best bets didn’t fire, so back to the drawing board today with a very mediocre card on tap.

In race 9, Run for Boston (#7) comes back for a trainer who has them ready and gets a mediocre field — now or never.  Key in all late multi-race wagers and play an exacta box with #’s 2 and 4.

In race 8, Jennifer Lynnette (#2) ships in for top turf trainer and is 1 for 1 at the distance — can win from on or just off the pace.  Key in all doubles and pick 3′s and play an exacta box with #’s 1 and 5.  Here’s the entire card and good luck!

Race 1: 6, 5 and 1

Race 2: 6, 1 and 3

Race 3: 5, 3 and 1

Race 4: 8, 6 and 2

Race 5: 1, 3 and 4

Race 6: 7, 6 and 4

Race 7: 9, 7 and 3

Race 8: 2 (Best Bet) with 1 and 5

Race 9: 7 (Best Bet) with 2 and 4

Going “Undrafted” At Belmont (4/28/18)

Apr 28th, 2018 | By | Category: Belmont, Today's Picks

Fast and good for the Saturday card — only 2 winners on top yesterday, so I will try and do better today.  Focus on the last 4 races because the early races may be very chalky and unplayable!

In race 9, Undrafted (#2) runs well fresh, is working well and loves Belmont plus a non firm turf course — key in all doubles and pick 3′s and play an exacta box with #’s 10 and 9.

In race 8, Emancipation (#2) also runs well fresh and loves the 7 furlongs with a fast pace to set up late run — key in all doubles and pick 3′s and play an exacta box with #’s 1 and 7.  Here’s the entire card and good luck!

Race 1: 7, 3 and 2

Race 2: 8, 7 and 5

Race 3: 3, 6 and 1

Race 4: 4, 6 and 3

Race 5: 9, 1 and 5

Race 6: 7, 5 and 8

Race 7: 9 (Best Bet) with 4 and 6

Race 8: 2 (Best Bet) with 1 and 7

Race 9: 2 (Best Bet) with 10 and 9

Race 10: 6 with 1A and 5

A “Smart” Pick At Belmont (4/27/18)

Apr 27th, 2018 | By | Category: Belmont, Today's Picks

Fast and good for opening day of the Spring/Summer meet at Belmont (all races on turf for now so play accordingly if changes happen) — so glad to move on from forgettable racing at Aqueduct to the much more competitive cards here, so let’s see how I do today.

In race 6, Way Smart (#5) runs well fresh and has won at this tricky distance — key in all doubles and pick 3′s and play an exacta box with #’s 10 and 4.

In race 1, Blame Us All (#6) is the main speed of this and should win as the favorite here — key in all early multi-race wagers and play an exacta box with #’s 7 and 3.  Here’s the entire card and good luck!

Race 1: 6 (Best Bet) with 7 and 3

Race 2: 3, 6 and 7

Race 3: 6, 4 and 3

Race 4: 8, 2 and 3

Race 5: 6, 4 and 2

Race 6: 5 (Best Bet) with 10 and 4

Race 7: 2, 8 and 4

Race 8: 3, 1 and 2

Race 9: 6, 2 and 1

Under A “Spell” At Keeneland (4/22/18)

Apr 22nd, 2018 | By | Category: Keeneland, Today's Picks

Fast and firm for the Sunday card — not my greatest meet and yesterday was no exception.  But I realize there is a inside speed bias on the main track on you can win close to the pace on the turf, so play accordingly!

In race 4, Magic Spell (#3) was meant for a turf sprint and Leparoux is due for a winner at a price — key in all doubles and pick 3′s and play an exacta box with #’s 9 and 1.

In race 1, Indian Lover (#2) is the absolute speed from the inside and will not be the favorite — key in all early multi-race wagers and play an exacta box with #’s 1 and 5.  Here’s the entire card and good luck!

Race 1: 2 (Best Bet) with 1 and 5

Race 2: 5, 2 and 4

Race 3: 6 (Best Bet) with 3 and 2

Race 4: 3 (Best Bet) with 9 and 1

Race 5: 4, 5 and 7

Race 6: 3 (Best Bet) with 1 and 5

Race 7: 3 with 8 and 1

Race 8: 6, 11 and 2

Race 9: 3, 11 and 7
