Clear and fast for the Sunday card — had a good day yesterday and will try and keep the momentum going today although I would rather play Gulfstream.

In race 7, Mineswept (#1) gets great pace set up and can get a cozy stalking trip and prevail as the favorite — key in all doubles and pick 3′s and play an exacta box with #’s 2 and 3. Here’s the entire card and good luck!

Fast and firm for the terrific Sunday card — had a terrible day yesterday with only 4 winners listed, but I did have a $117 exacta box with race 10, so maybe today will be better.

In race 9, Hailstone (#10) stretches out 2nd time off a layoff, has won on this track and was facing much better before the break — can upset tough group at 6-1 or better.  Key in all doubles and pick 3′s and play an exacta  box with #’s 5 and 7.

In race 10, The Grade 3 Mac Diarmida, Simmard (#5) is working well off a November layoff, gets the best turf rider in the country and can stay close in a fairly paceless turf marathon — key in all doubles and pick 3′s and play an exacta box with #2.  Here’s the entire card and good luck!

It’s been a long season on the inner track for this handicapper, but as yesterday proves, you have to remain optimistic when things aren’t going well.  On Saturday’s card, I listed 6 winners, 3 on top, had a flat bet profit and the late pick 3 for $700 and the late pick 4 for $4372.  I think it has to do with the fact that the track is playing more fairly to closers, which really plays into my strengths as a “race flow” handicapper.  I hope to keep the momentum going today and into the Spring meet with a return to the main track just a few weeks away.

Fast and firm for the ultra-competitive Saturday card — I’ve been doing very well at Gulfstream listing winners so let’s see if that trend continues today.

In race 10, The Grade 3 Very One, Perfect Shirl (#4) is in great form and is working bullets after a short rest and can stay close and get a good trip in return — key in all doubles and pick 3′s and play an exacta box with #’s 1 and 6.

In race 9, Musical Rain (#10) cuts back to best distance and has faced better on turf — key in all doubles and pick 3′s and play an exacta box with #’s 2 and 9.
