It’s A Delicate “Operation” At Belmont (5/1)

May 1st, 2010 | By mircon1 | Category: Belmont, Today’s Picks

Fast and firm on day 2 of the Belmont meet and it is a beautiful day in NY.  I’m trying to forget day 1 and getting back on track today!

In race 9, The Grade 3 Fort Marcy, Operation Red Dawn (#4) can track the dueling leaders and get first run on the closers — I’m keying in all doubles and pick 3’s and playing an exacta box with Baletti (#8) and Sal The Barber (#7).

In race 5, Santa (#4) ran great in debut — hits the winner circle today.  I’m keying in all doubles and pick 3’s and playing an exacta box with Spanish Art (#8) and Cheyenne Nation (#9).  Here’s the entire card and good luck!

Race 1: 6 and 3

Race 2: 7 and 1

Race 3: 9 and 3

Race 4: 2 and 6

Race 5: 4 (Best Bet) with 8 and 9

Race 6: 6 and 2

Race 7: 11, 8 and 4

Race 8: 3 and 8

Race 9: 4 (Best) with 8 and 7

Race 10: 11 and 4
